no album covers on Deezer app

Hello,

I can no longer see the album covers on any albums, playlists downloaded or not. All album covers have gone black. I shut down the phone to no avail and signed off but nothing seems to be working. Help!

Yes, I had to uninstall it finally. A bit of a drag to reload all the music but at least it works now.

Sorry to hear that. Could you please give us more details about your phone and app version?

Have you tried uninstalling the app, restarting you phone, and reinstalling the Deezer app?

Hello!

I'm suffering with the same issue; already tried the described solution (uninstall, clear cache, etc.), but the app doesn't show any album covers at all. It's the Android version, by the way.

Can someone help me?

I am having exactly this same issue. I have tried everything, re-installed the app, cleared cache, still no solution. Even updated to the most recent version, still it doesn't show. Can someone help with any other thing to try?
