Deezer keeps on cutting out before a song is finisbed- What do I do?

Hi,

Recently every time I click shuffle on a playlist or favourite tracks, the song will start playing, but after about 45 seconds Deezer completely crashes and the music stops playing. I then have to go back in to Deezer as if I had completely closed the app, and find my music again. It also loses any previous songs that i have played, meaning any lineup that I had is completely lost. It is very annoying, as I then can’t listen to music for more than a minute, and then I have to restart my music, just to do it again in a minute. I have tried restarting my phone, deleting the app, signing out and back in, but nothing works. If anyone has an idea of what to do, it will be gladly appreciated!

Hi @Dylan Schroder! Did the troubleshooting fix your issue?

  1. Clear cache/data: Go to your phone’s settings and clear the cache or data for the Deezer app.
  2. Reinstall Deezer: Completely uninstall and reinstall the app, ensuring you're using the latest version.
  3. Check for updates: Make sure both your phone's OS and Deezer app are updated to the latest versions.
  4. Try a different network: Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue is related to the network.
