Upgrade to Family from Premium without losing money

Guys, please allow us to upgrade from Premium to Family without the need to cancel premium first. It doesn't make any sense.
As for now, users need to cancel the premium subscription, wait for the account to be on free mode and then they can subscribe to Family subscription. It's not convenient, it is annoying and doesn't make any sense.

    I've voted for it and hopefully other users follow suit. You can also recommend this thread to users when you see them querying upgrades 😉

        Yah i’ve same problem my Girlfriend asking me always add me add me 🤣 i’m telling her sorry i’ve to wait premium to be over to start the new plan. 
        really please fix it

          Hello @Khalid Asiri, this indeed needs to be improved, I agree it’s absolutely not user-friendly. Our teams are working on developments to make it easier to switch from one offer to the other.
