Light phone is a light phone which is not a smartphone. Technically it could support streaming with really basic app, so the makers are trying to get Spotify on board. When users want that, the Spotify does not. You may be able to fish these customers if you make a deal with Lightphone 2.

Thank you for pointing out the Lightphone II. I've never heard of it and I read on the site that it can be pre-ordered.

Maybe if it was less in price, or at least streaming Deezer would be available.
Like I said I am tired with smartphones just buying them for music streaming and the other is calls and message… so I literally do not use it for anything else. It’s great concept and seems that they want streaming portal on their phones, so this is why I shared this to let us know all about it.
Price ($299) is heavy, not light…
But the concept is definitely very interesting → Back to basic.
