Often I’m reading the reviews on the AppStore or on the Google Playstore. And sometimes there are bad reviews with 1 or 2 stars with an issue that can be easily fixed or explained.
Isn’t there someone from Deezer who van answer those reviews? Or point them to the support site?
It seems like Deezer is not active even on their own support/community site :)
I am holding an Apple Music subscription just in case, I like Deezer but it feels like the development of the service and support are almost nonexistent.
