it would be nice to have more then 1 user in hifi acount .
i use iphone and android and cant listen to music in both at the same time.
i think adding at least one more user would be a good thing .

Is there a plan in the very short term to allow access to family profiles in SONOS. It is very frustrating and may push many of us to move to Spotify. Perhaps you should change the logic to 4 accounts in a family plan instead of 4 profiles.

Just want to add my voice to the choir asking for Deezer Hifi family subscriptions. Here is a copy of part of my exchange with Deezer support setting out my thoughts and their reply. I have to believe that Deezer is working on implementing this to match the competition.

Thanks Melissa. I have one other consideration for your marketing department that I discovered only after I sent my initial email.
I checked on the pricing for Tidal and they offer a family subscription for their hifi equivalent to Deezer hifi for $29.95. If I were to subscribe to Deezer hifi for $19.95 the only options I would have to keep my wife with Deezer (other than the free version which is inadequate for her) would be either to pay for another premium+ subscription for her for $9.99 with its compressed format or to buy her a separate hifi subscription for $19.99 to get her uncompressed format. Tidal offers the option of uncompressed format family subscription for $29.99 which gives me hifi sound for both of us for the same as I would have to pay Deezer for one subscription with and subscription without hifi. I like some of the Deezer features and I will be happy to subscribe to Deezer when they can offer the same sound value at the same price as Tidal. In the meantime I’ll save the $120/year and go with the competition.

This would be very appreciated. We wanted to switch to Hi-Fi plan, but the system rejected our payment, and it turned out the only way was to cancel Family subscription and switch to Hi-Fi. But that gets us a shared history instead of multi-user.

Hey there, I moved your topic to this one where you can vote for the hifi family subscription to be implemented :)
There is a hifi 30 day free trial but for that your account needs to be on free, you can't get that while your premium is active 👍

I think that the problem is that most mobile devices aren't ready for HiFi yet. It happens to me: I'm paying 20€/month for HiFi in Deezer, but I know that when I'm playing at my Mobile Phone, Deezer uses MP3 in HQ, and only Flac when I'm using PC or sound systems.
Maybe the expensive handys integrate the chip,DAC,drivers,etc , but cheaper ones and mid-range won't be able to play at 1411kbps.
Anyway, I agree with you, a Family Plan that cost 5€/each one would be great, 15€ less at month!

Agree to all - it makes no sense not to offer an HIFI upgrade option as part of the Family subscription option. Another alternative that would work for us, would be to reduce the price of a standalone single user HIFI subscription for those already having a Family subscription, so that we would have the HIFI in parallell with the Family sub, but not having to pay the full price for both. Come on, Deezer, make this happen.

As it's no technical development required, but only a simple monthl package and price to be defined, should take month's.
Currently, I'm checking other the others sharing the market, and will most probably exit Deezer within next month for this stupidity... annoying.
Unfortunately, Spotify does not seem to have HIFI option ready yet, but you should be afraid, once they have... For the time being, TIDAL might be the better option.

I would be great if you could switch dezzer family profiles in the Sonos app. So that the kids and other members coud acces thier playlists, flow etc when coneted to sonos speakers

I have a family subscription and my whole family listen to deezer via a yamaha sound system, which is really great, but they all do so via the main account, i.e. mine, and this takes their music to my flow, which is not so great. It would be fantastic if the sound system could distinguish between the different profiles.

I changed to family sub.. because it said hi quality sound and I assumed it would be the same as my HiFi plan.
My sound quality dropped. I have sent a message to Deezer support to change my plan back. Is there a way to change plans through the account settings?
i don’t want to cancel, just to change back to the level I had before I changed to family.

Hi there, you can't just switch back to HiFI, but if you've already contacted the support team, they'll help you cancel the Family one and then get back to HiFi 🙂

I have a family subscription and my whole family listen to deezer via a yamaha sound system, which is really great, but they all do so via the main account, i.e. mine, and this takes their music to my flow, which is not so great. It would be fantastic if the sound system could distinguish between the different profiles.
