Fave a song on car player

I am using a Deezer in my car almost all the time I’m in it. Many time I like some song (i’m mostly in the FLOW mode), and I would like to “save” it somehow in my library. Bu I am driving a car and phone is in my pocket or somewhere where I couldn’t and should’t use it while driving. So I would like to suggest that there is some way to by pressing some button on car’s player, I fave a current song. I guess it is possible, because I already can use tons of options like volume up/down, previous/next song, play/pause… If it is important I am using this player -  Pioneer MVH-350BT.
