Bring back PiP (picture-in-picture/split-screen)

Thank you for your suggestion - there were some technical issues last time this feature was available. So based on experience, I believe that we'll be reconsidering this once the major updates for the app are done. So let's keep on gathering votes, for now, I've passed it on :wink:

I hope PiP comes to the website/PWA too!

What do you mean by 'smaller window' @raccoonsarecool? Let me know 

You said in one of those other threads that the Flow UI had some issues with smaller sizes. It sounds like it didn’t have breakpoints.

Android is a strange platform to talk about. You could be on Chrome OS, could be on an Android tablet using splitscreen or you could be on an Android phone with freeform desktop-like windows. That’s why I referred to it as a window. 

That makes complete sense now @raccoonsarecool, thanks for explaining it to me. This is something that will take some time before it gets tackled. There are some urgent things we're working on at the moment. But when the time comes, the feedback will be much more complete thanks to you

As I said in the post where I suggested that, YouTube (including YT Music) and Spotify support it. Those are some of your main competitors. Anyway, once you hook up the metadata, adding PiP is pretty simple.

Waiting for split-screen mode for Deezer app

Just wondering when will Deezer bring the minimized view of the app for multitasking just like other music apps coz whenever am working on my ipad and i want to select a playlist, i have to exit the whole screen and head to the app unlike the likes of tidal and apple music where i need to swipe from the right to access music without exiting. Deezer introduce this feature please.

Please fix split-screen. I love Deezer but forced to use Spotify in my car when i need navigation and music at the same time.
