Ability to fast foward song outside of its buffer area

Im on vacation where is slow internet. I just realized that some long songs i cant skip to half way through until it has been buffered/downloaded to the cache. 
 

Wouldn't be better for deezer to support this feature as it would save them some upload cost as well as improve user experience and speed at same time?
