"Don't recommend this artist" should apply to any playlist/mix that wasn't created by the user

In that way, if there’s an artist which songs don’t appeal to me (with a few exceptions), I could still hear those by adding them to a personal playlist of mine. However, If I play a random mix or playlisy created by someone else, that artist wouldn’t come up despite being featured in it
