Tuning Flow: Like v Love

Related products:Features

When listening to Flow, I am be presented with tracks that are new to me or not in my Favourites list. If I dislike the track I can easily click the Dislike button and not have that track presented to me again. On the other hand, if I like the track, the only option to teach Flow that I want to go in that direction, is the Heart Button. In doing so, the track is added to my favourites which is not where I want it to be. I may like something, that doesn’t mean it’s a Favourite.

Can a Like button be added in addition to the Heart Button to differentiate between the two?

Very interesting idea @houndstooth

thanks for sharing it.

A workaround is to add the track to a playlist, or add the artist or the album of the track to your favourite.

Without adding the favourite song to the favourites list, this will still train your Flow.

Thanks Yula.

If I then delete the play list, how does that affect the algorithm?

Hey @houndstooth, I doesn’t significally, but the least favourites you have the fewer data the algorythm has...
