Work on offline accessibility

On android mobile, moved from Spotify.  I’ve mostly been happy with Deezer, but the offline accessibility is pretty lousy.  I often can’t access playlists, including favorites, without first going online.  I can’t put playlists on one-tap shuffle without being online; I have to play the first song, pull up the play track, change the play mode to shuffle and hit next song.  If I go online to access these things, then immediately go offline, it’s stays fixed which is inexplicable.  I can’t access random songs offline, currently a random smattering of Old Crow Medicine Show’s Best Of is grayed out, previously it was an equally random half a Laura Marling album.  I’m sure there’s more but that’s all that comes to mind at the moment.  I can’t think of any reason for any of this, what gives?
