Podcast Auto Playlist Queue

The current queue is automated to subsequently to play later episode. Which we might already listen to.

 

It would be great if

1. The queue for podcast to play oldest to most recent.

It makes more sense to play the earliest episode before the most recent episode, especially if the podcast has chronologically content. It is also to avoid the replay of listened podcast.

 

2. To have an option to play from episode 1. 

Some podcast channel has a very long list of episodes and it is annoying to scroll all the way to be bottom.

 

3. Continue playing option saved within the channel. 

Again, long list of podcast episode makes it harder to find last played episode. It gets annoying if changing playlist between channels.

I have same issues with playback order, for instance there a 30 episodes, i start in number 15 because the ones before are to old for me. I would expect if selected from old to new,  the next one will be automatic number 16. But now sometimes i don t even now witch one he choose for the next one, sometimes it even playes ones that are marked as played. Please fix this.

Iยดd say for each playlist the current status should be saved with the playlist, so that I can switch between playlists and always continue from where I was before.

I think this remarks can be extended to exclude already played content, so that it only queues content in progress or not started.

Besides the way podcasts are structured sometimes tends to have more of a folder based approach where content can be group by topics or style of a podcast, it could be nice to have a more friendly UX while navigating episodes
