As per title i would like to know if existing offline library is automatically updated when you move the settings to high fidelity. Thanks

No. You would have to restart the downloads.
Ok thanks but how do i do that? For existing downloads If i turn off the download button or “delete from favorites” and then turn it on back again it doesn’t perform a new download.Â
First you have to set the audio settings to HiFi quality.
After that, you need to disable and re-enable the download switch in playlists and albums.
