Shaker playlist not update


Hi,

 

I am experiencing an issue with the Playlist Shaker. Whenever I add songs to the playlist, it doesn’t update. I’ve tried three different methods: directly from my favorites, from the Shaker mix, and using the "add tracks" option in the Playlist Shaker tab. However, none of these methods seem to show the songs in the playlist.

 

I’ve also tried logging out and logging back in, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists.

 

Could you please assist me with this?

Same issue here since nearly 6 month. On my friends phone it works, but it is ios

Can you let us know if you are using your Android, Apple device or the desktop app/web browser for Deezer?

So we can know a bit more about it and help you out…

In the meantime, if you are using the mobile app, have you tried to delete all the cache in your Deezer app settings?

Also, I would suggest you to increase the cache on the app to the max 😁
