Playlist skips back tracks upon unlocking phone

I'm on Android 11. I have a really frustrating problem where upon opening my phone the song I'm listening to stops and the playlist goes back to the last song that was playing when it was open. It doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes I'm in the middle of listening to a song, open it to check a message and then all of a sudden I'm back to the start of a song I listened to twenty minutes ago. I've reinstalled the app but this has actually been happening for a long time... Anyone have any ideas?

    @Jaime. I don’t know if anyone has mentioned this part, but the worst part of this glitch is that the music starts playing when you unlock the phone. In other words, even if your player was paused, Deezer not only goes back to an earlier point in the queue, it UNPAUSES your player and starts playing music.

    So I’ll be playing music in the car, pause it, turn off the car. I get out to unlock my phone and turn off my bluetooth, the player goes back and starts playing. If I forget to unlock my phone getting out of the car, it will just start playing the next time I unlock my phone which might be in a restaurant or at work!

    This urgently needs fixing or I will have to switch platforms at some point. I love Deezer but this problem is just not one I can live with forever.

    I came here for the same reason.  I have the latest update and it’s still doing it.
