Why is auto play now not connecting automatically to my car when I turn my car on, it has stopped working since the update and I have to physically open the app for it to connect!!

Hello @kolabob thanks for your first post in our Community and sorry to hear that you are with that problem.

I did a quick search by the key words “auto play” and couldn’t find any recent similar complaint.

Could it be possible that is some setting on your end?

Can you please give more details:

  • Apple Car or Android Auto?
  • How the device connects to the car - cable, wireless or Bluetooth?
  • Version of OS and Deezer app?
  • Have you tried with a different device or with a different cable?
  • Please try to unlink devices, clean cache and data, reset your car mĂ­dia device and start over again the pairing.
  • If the issue persists, can you please record a video with the step by step you do, so I can then share all these details with our developers.
