sorry for the word.. poster.. if it wrong

when I chose songs and made a new playlist, max 4 pictures of the albums became together and created a poster for the playlist.. or if I chose one album of a band, the picture of the album became the poster of the new playlist..

For a few months when I want to make a new playlist, there is blank poster and deezer want me to customize the poster..

well I dont want to customize it, I want deezer to set a poster from the album pictures of the songs etc..

auto set picture was better..

Have I changed a setting? or it is a new way?

maybe I may not explain what I want to tell.. so I am adding a few pictures..

you see  my playlists.. in the past I gave a name to my playlist. I added song for that playlist and deezer put posters.. for ex.. reggae.. if playlist have songs from differetn albums deezer put 4 pictures, if the playlist is related to one album, picture of that album was sat as a poster..

now when I arrange a new playlist, deezer doesnt set a poster for it..  blue or red colour posters.. and we can customize it..  of course  I can customize but why would I do that.. old way -auto poster- was very practical.

any setting for that??

Hello

When you create a playlist or want to edit the cover, there is an option to choose the mosaic of 4 covers as shown here below:

Hello @mdmrx

When you create or edit a playlist, you can design the cover you want, add images, stickers, text, or the mosaic of 4 covers.

Just click customize.

Best regards, and keep the music flowing.

yep I know that. but as before I want deezer to put a mosaic of a cover automatically. if someone wants, he would personalize.

or deezer must do that; when we click personalize, covers must be shown at personalize menu.. so that we can choose a mosaic of a cover..  I only see some stcikers and nonsense pictures, images which arenot related to my playlist.

another idea; when we go to a song of our playlist , we can click 4 dot menu and there can be an option; “add that as a picture of your playlist”

let me tell you another problem.

when I want to personalize my playlist and give the name of the band, the name you give for playlist is also appeared on the picture. that causes two names on the picture.. name already on the picture and the name I give to my playlist. name of the playlist and the name on the picture can be seperated and can be set “blank”

the name we give to our playlist must not be shown on the picture

thank you Greg,

it didnt work for me when I created the playlist, during the creation you see that mosaic pictures but when I clicked on it, it did nothing..

but now I have recognized that after creating the playlist, mosaic is shown for an option.

click customize; background, then mosaic..

thx again. best wishes

Hi, got here searching for a solution to no covers in playlists anymore and found it, didn’t notice mosaic was one of the choices for background. Thank you.

However, I still agree with the original author of this thread that this should be the default option, as it always was and it was fine.

I am a long time Deezer user and lover but it has always amazed me how difficult it is to get new ideas implemented even when they seem obvious and necessary and lots of users demand them and on the other side how easily the developers change or remove things that worked fine and nobody ever needed nor requested.

Thanks again
