When will independent deezer control via google home be available in Croatia?

I own google home system for 7 years now and deezer is still an issue.

Please skip the google needs to support it part and explain to me how come that spotify works like a charm on google home for many years now?

I adore deezer and after trying Spotify I have remained loyal but lack of this feature is pushing me to go over and switch to Spotify.

Hello Boris,

I certainly understand your frustration, but I also cannot imagine waiting 7 years for my smart speakers and my preferred music streaming service to reach compatibility. Have you considered trying Sonos speakers or something else so that you can use deezer? This would result in an enormous improvement in your audio experience vs Spotify through Nest speakers.

If not, I certainly wouldn’t blame you for looking at all your options.

Best of luck with whatever you decide.

I find it very hard to fathom that anonyone in a sane state of mind would go over the trouble of exchanging the whole owned system and invest hundreds of euros in order to accommodate a streaming service. It would be way more logical and cheaper to just switch over to Spotify for 5.99€/Month.

@Boris_B , the difference being that Sonos and deezer are both vastly superior products. But as I said, I certainly wouldn’t blame you for switching. For me, I would just get an FM radio if I was going to listen to Spotify on a Google Nest speaker.

Again, best of luck with whatever you decide.

It is not a google nest speaker only issue, I have JBL system with built in Google assistant and Deezer does not work in that combo.

Well that changes things. Still, it seems as if Google and your budget are the priorities, I think you’re right, Spotify may be way more logical and cheaper. Sretno!
