Crossfade not working

Crossfade is enabled in my android app and does not work no matter how many seconds I set it for.

Fixed - the app was still running in the background when I closed it, and I guess when you enable this, you need to completely restart the app. I'm not sure if this is only for the first time or if it will need to be restarted every time I adjust the seconds of crossfade. I haven't messed with it yet
