Alexa won't play my favorite tracks

Hi

I’m asking Alexa to play my favorite tracks. It says:

Favourite tracks from Deezer…..I’m having trouble getting that right now. Please try again.

WHat is the problem and how can it be fixed? It recognizes other requests like if i ask for a specific artist.

Also, how do i disable Flow. THe music on it gives me a headache.

You can not disable FLOW . If you don’t wanna use it just don’t , However it can take some time to give you songs based on your taste .

Hi Noam,

Yes that’s exactly what I say “Alexa, play my favorites on Deezer” or “Alexa, play my favorite tracks on Deezer”. Alexa responds:

“Favourite tracks from Deezer…..I’m having trouble getting that right now. Please try again.”

It doesn’t work at all. I contacted customer service but they couldn’t find a solution. Others seem to be having the same problem.
