Add Composer, in addition to performing artist

Add Composer to meta data and to column headings.

Lots of music was written by one guy, but performed by someone else. (Think Beatles covers) Or, a more common situation: A work composer by (say) Beethoven, performed by some orchestra with some conductor.

So, just write it out. Add it to the meta data. Make it clear. Show Composer. Performing Artist. (Maybe) Conductor. Easy. Makes sense?
