I followed the steps and did not find offline option for app. Option that should be available even on web app!
How is it possible that there is no option for offline mode even on app?!
Crazy, to have Premium and not being able to use offline mode which is really important.

If you're a Deezer Student, Deezer Premium, Deezer Family, Deezer HiFi or Deezer Family HiFi user, you can download your favorite content to listen to offline, including:

- Audiobooks (select countries)

Note: You can't download tracks unless you add them to your favorites or to a playlist. You can't download tracks on the Deezer website

Mac OS desktop version doesn't have “gear” button. Where can I find the offline mode on Mac version of the Deezer app?

I’ve checked my MacBook. There is no gearbox. But...somehow the offline mode doesn’t work:
I’ve asked Deezer for feedback regarding this.
+7It is a known issue now as it is has been reported to our devs. There will be an update soon, however I don't have an exact date at the moment.

My experience on the desktop app has been miserable for almost a year now. I live in an area with bad internet and I can’t listen to my downloaded music without interruption. I’m not renewing my subscription until you fix this.
