Don't worry I already sent them a message and they said ‘’Hey got your message thru Bandcamp. No idea why it isn’t on Deezer, the distribution service(distrokid) sent it to them a month before it came out. I’ll contact them and see if they can get it happening.

 

If they already sent it to you, why didn't you have uploaded it yet?

We still do not see it in the catalogue… 

It happens with Distrokid that they distribute first to Youtube and Spotify and then on other streaming services.

Yes that's the problem exactly distrokid send it to you a month ago

I’ve checked again in our catalog but could not find anything.
Could you please contact Distrokid and ask them if the have any confirmation of the delivery you can provide us in order to investigate.
