Hi,
I have experienced an error in a couple of tracks. How and where do I report errors?
The error in question is that the song jumps back to an earlier verse at a certain point of the track. Then, when there's 0:00 mins secs left of the track left it doesn't stop, but carries on playing until the song is over.
It's been doing this for "Enemy Inside" by Dream Theater (studio album version) and "In the name of love" by U2 (the best of...-album)
Hey @Rick Rode
Please see the info above. If you have cleared your cache, please post the link for the album so that I can report the right version
Thank you @Victor Navrulin I'll be passing them on!
Same @alexandre10
Happy New Year all!
Hey @fabiomarcos
Can we please have the exact link for the track in question?
Hi @Rick Rode the album plays fine on my side, could you please try clearing your app's cache to see if it helps?
It’s the only one that doesn’t play. It never has and cache isn’t the issue
I cleared cache I have removed the download and re saved it. Same issue. About 50% of the songs are digital garbage. They will not load and play properly
Thanks for coming back @Rick Rode
Could you please try changing the audio quality to see if it helps?
Apologies for the inconvenience!
No change in the garbled audio
That's very odd. Could you please let me know which device, OS and app version you've got? We need to get this sorted @Rick Rode
OS is the latest version and this happens on Windows or apple phones. I’ve checked with another friend that has Deezer same issue with that album
Hello,
The song Cody Banks will not play when I have HiFi as my sound quality setting. Have tried clearing app data and reinstalling.

I try to play the song Bloom Later by Jesse off of my playlist and it always says an error occurred, but it’s only for that one song. It’s been doing this for around a month
Hey @knopper291
It's working fine on my side. In which device, OS and app version is this happening?
Hi again @Rick Rode
I need the specific details of your system so that we can set up the same thing on our side and try to reproduce what you're experiencing
I just checked in my iPad and there is no problem. My question is if I reinstall the app on my phone will I lose content I have about 380gb of music
So it's only happening on PC now? @Rick Rode if you reinstall the app, you lose downloaded content, only - you have to tap 'download' again
Hey @halfcyan sorry to hear that, could I please have the link for the track so that I can check it on our side?
Not worth the hassle of redos loading 1388 albums and too many playlist.
iOS is my iPhone so it only happens on my phone. I have deleted the album and re-downloaded it same issue. It’s only the first 3 songs. The rest of the album is fine
Thanks for coming back @Rick Rode
It seems that the problem is only reduced to the iPhone now. Clearing the app's cache and restarting your phone would be the best course of action right now, but I appreciate it's an inconvenience.
If you could close the app, restart the iPhone, and try again, please let me know.
Since the my deezer 2020 file was given to me, when I select to play Oneus- To Be or Not To Be, the track that comes up is a bad copy of Bigbang- Fantastic Baby. Can this be corrected please?
Sure thing @yaoimom we can definitely look into that.
Could we please have the link for the track so that we don't make any mistakes?
This track
is broken, beginning at approximately 05:38 - it sounds as if the CD were skipping when ripped
No, this is not “I’m doing it wrong” problem, it’s consistent across devices etc
I was listening to Pierce The Veil and their album misadventures has the wrong names for the tracks. For example track 2 is actually track 1 and track 3 is track 2. Could this be fixed?
Hey @stay-at-home-listener @djesus24
We can certainly look into fixing that. Please post us the exact link for the track here so that I can report it
