I’ve had the same issue, I’ve applied for a creator account end of April and have not had any updates or news upon my submission… my artist name is SOANE.

The access was approved the last days of April so you should be able to log in now to Deezer Creators. Please visit https://creators.deezer.com/ and reset your password to be able to log in 😁
