Deezer app for xbox is unusable. And before you ask, yes I've tried everything suggested to fix the problem. The app plays no sound on my xbox, the songs say they are playing but no sound at all. I am so very close to going back to spotify because this app has been broken on xbox for months at this point. I have emailed the company and they asked for video evidence only to not respond after I send it. Your xbox app needs to be fixed, its not my end, its on yalls end. If i can delete it, reinstall it, log back in and do all the other things yall suggest and it still isnt working then its the app itself. Fix your damn app, i would love to recommend the app to my gaming friends as alternative to spotify but if we cant listen to the music then whats the point of the app at all.

Can you tell us which version you currently have installed on your Xbox before carrying out any procedure?
Also, please confirm if you have already performed all the procedures described below:
- Clean the cache and temporary files that you may have on Xbox,
- Remove the Deezer application, disconnect the Xbox from the mains for 30 seconds and reconnect.
After installing the Deezer application and logging into the account, check if the same problem persists.
