My WiiM Pro and Sonos have something similar. It works, but it’s not easy to use. On WiiM, the interface is quite ugly, and when I select “Flow,” it only works for a couple of songs, then stops. Before, the interface was ugly but it worked… now that’s no longer the case.

I have similar issues with Sonos, although the interface is a bit better. I chose Deezer because it’s a bit more ethical, but I’ll probably go back to Spotify.

Also, over the last two weeks, I’ve had another issue with Android Auto: sometimes the Deezer application lags, and when I restart it, the sound becomes distorted, like my phone is in a glass of water. My solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app, and then it works fine again. (I also tried clearing the cache, but it had no effect on my Samsung Galaxy S25+.)

For me, Deezer has become unusable in many situations and quite unstable. I currently have a Duo subscription, but I’ll give it one more month before making a final decision on whether to stay or switch to another competitor. There have been too many issues over the past two weeks, and the support feels generic and AI-driven. Please make an effort.

Hi, sorry to hear that your having trouble streaming with Deezer. I also have a  WiiM Pro and have had no problems with streaming, I’m assuming you have good Broadband as it performed ok before, I always use Ethernet when connecting audio devices as it’s in my opinion a more stable way to stream music,

Does Spotify stream without any glitches or lagging? if it plays perfect on all your devices then it may be time to try another streaming service. I have been with Deezer for many years and have never had any problems with the service, but I must say that the U I is much to be desired.

I Hope you get to the bottom of your problems with Deezer, you may get an input from support….but I wouldn’t hold my breath on that one.

Cheers
