choose any part from the song, i use an app called (personality database) and i wanted to put the song (the Walkmen - heaven) and YOU GUYS CHOOSE THE WORST PART IN THE SONG, the only music part, and this thing is in almost every song,

So My thing is, 

When someone wants to put a song, he can choose the part that he wants, just like instagram

No, you can't, when sharing a track from the Deezer catalogue only 30 seconds from somewhere in the middle of the track will be played.
