When will your homescreen widget for Android 13 start refreshing as it should be? I play any song in the app and the widget stays without any info. So what's the deal? Or just add a little forced refresh button. And please don't ignore my questions about it. Makes you look bad. And don't forget - I'm your customer. So I expect at least answering my question.

I understand your frustration with the Android 13 homescreen widget not refreshing properly. It's essential for apps to provide a seamless experience for their customers. I hope the developers address this issue promptly or consider adding a manual refresh button for convenience. Customer feedback should be valued and acknowledged.

Hi @Dmytro Grebinyk @Shehbaz, sorry to hear you're having this problem. Indeed we are aware of the issue with the Widget.

It is under investigation, but we can’t say for now, when it will be fix.

To receive more information about the fix of the issue, I invite you to contact Customer Support via this link so as soon as the fix is release, in the next days, you can receive a communication from our support.

Nevertheless, you can try the tips below and check if you have all settings correctly defined:
- You may not have activated the Deezer widget on your lock screen. To do this, open the Deezer app, tap the More tab and then tap Widgets. Select the Playing Now widget and drag it to the Lock Screen.
- You may have disabled notifications for Deezer. To check this, go to Settings > Notifications > Deezer. Make sure the Allow notifications option is activated.
- There may be a problem with the Deezer application. Try restarting your Android phone and reinstalling the Deezer app.
