When i tried to log in ap on tv it tells me to scan QR code which takes me to Deezer website. Does not help me to log into ap on tv. Also tried four letter/digit code but no instructions where to put this code on website or ap. Tried code on ap where I thought it may go,but states it's invalid. Updated code and still does not work. Tv is new Samsung so software not outdated. At this stage have canceled subscription and looking at new streaming service

Still unable to log in on Samsung TV, but got new chromecast and longed in easy using this device. Using your app. Will give it a week or two and if all good will subsribe again. Pity there is a problem with app on Samsung TV. Hopefully you will get tjis sorted.
