Sometimes when using search, the track labeled as top result doesn't play. I have already reinstalled the app and the bug keeps on happening sometimes so this means that it is a code issue of the app. I can't have a consistent way of replicating the error, but it sometimes happens when doing this:

  • Play a Track Mix
  • Search a song and tap on the top result

If it helps, whenever the current song is paused and I click on the top result when that error happens, it resumes the song being paused instead of switching on the tapped song.

It also sometimes does not allow to click on any track whatsoever.

I will keep updating this thread if I find a consistent way of replicating this bug.

I already found other issues related to the top result song, but none matches with my problem.

Definitely you should not have it. Do you get any error message? Because we have some users here and there complaining about a similar issue, but they get an error code – MS2004. And according to our developers that error seems to be linked to users who travel aboard and when they use the feature Track Mix due to track rights they get that error.
Could you record a video when the issue occurs next time if possible?
Also, please share if issue happens with Wifi and mobile data. Aside that let us know brand and model of the affect device, OS system version and Deezer version.
