There are more than 2000 songs in the playlist and I have several of them, how can I know where I put each song? Because right now I'm going through playlist after playlist to delete a song I don't want, and it's annoying and difficult.

Please make it possible to associate every song with the playlist I put it in.

Can’t you search in the playlist? Not a perfect solution I know, but it should help you find the songs.

I'm saying that the app only allows 200 songs in the playlist and if I have more than 200 songs in the playlist then I have to open a new playlist and if I have a song to delete then I have to go through the playlist playlist to search for the song I want to delete and it's annoying because if I have a lot of playlists with 200 songs Searching in any playlist takes time.

Hi Shir

Firstly I create a playlist and download or send a song into the playlist then immediately I  “LOVE” the song even if I do or don’t like it and even if I haven't listened to it yet,   and I do this for every song I Download or save no matter where I'm going to save it whether it is in “playlists” or “albums”.

This marks the song and sends it to the  the “favourite tracksautomatically, then when I open “Favourite Tracks” I am able to see all the songs with the “LOVE” icon. (remember; even if I do or don’t like it or even if I haven't heard it yet! )

then when I listen to the songs in the “Favourite tracks” I simply “UNLOVE” the tracks I don’t like. this “UNLOVES” them everywhere in your Deezer app. Imagine the  “favourite tracks” being like an index in the back of a book.

Later I go back to my playlists which I have created and  I  scroll up and down and clearly I can see the  songs I have “UNLOVED”, these songs are indicated by white hearts (not full red hearts), I then  just delete the “UNLOVED” songs  by left clicking on the 3 dots and selecting      “remove from my playlist”.

this system has a two fold effect, for me , I can either play music I love randomly using the “favourite Tracks”  ( which plays everything I’ve Loved no matter where it is located in the Deezer app or when I feel more enthusiastic I can go into the playlist and listen to the tracks within the playlist I've created……..)

It will take time to sort and do,  but for me this seems to work the best way in the long run. and over time I’ve built a great library of music I love. I hope this helps you

let me know how you go.

...and if I have a song to delete then I have to go through the playlist playlist to search for the song I want to delete and it's annoying ... Searching in any playlist takes time.

@shir

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to globally remove a song from all playlists.

If you follow my steps one at a time you will notice that this will be a very effective method for you.

I took a long time to write this .Use the search feature in your Favourite tracks

look for the magnifying glass and  “search within the Tracks”  , you will notice it will only take a few seconds to to find the song if you know its exact spelling and name or part of the title.

when you find the song  within the  Favourite TRACKS section do the following;

  1. UNLOVE /UNLIKE the song, the heart will become an outline.
  2. click the three dots beside the song you just unliked and a submenu will show up
  3. select the  “DON”T RECOMMEND THIS TRACK “ DO NOT SELECT DELETE FROM MY FAVOURITES as this will only delete it from the favorites and no where else!
  4. then when you go to your playlist which you have created  (eg  Shir’s chillax playlist) you will see THE UNLOVED/UNLIKED tracks within your playlist, these will have a heart which is grey and not filled in red anymore
  5. click the 3 dots beside the unliked track in Shir’s Chillax playlist and then  you must select remove from PLAYLIST.

this is as universal as you are going to get.

@Beirutbomber

Your workaround only works if you add all the songs you put in the playlists to your favorite songs. I almost always do it this way.

However, I know some users who don't do exactly that. This means that only a fraction of the songs were also marked as favorite songs.
