non mi riproduce musica album che ho scaricato

In off line vado a riprodurre degli album che ho scaricato,e deezer mi chiede di connettere il dispositivo ad internet.

    Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce the issue you're facing. Could you please record a video of the problem? This will help us understand your situation better.

    Additionally, please provide the brand and model of your device, let us know if you have an SD card installed, and send us a screenshot of the Deezer app settings. To do this, press the Deezer app, tap the gear wheel, and choose the "Data and Storage" option.
