Hello there
I had similar issues when I was on Android, which I ultimately felt were related to a poor signal from the modem on my phone. I changed phones and I no longer have any problems.
While this might not be the case for you, troubleshooting over a forum is challenging at best. And we don’t have any information from you to even begin with.
Maybe provide some context and tech details in the hope that someone here has some insight?

Sometimes just reinstalling the app is enough. Especially with Android, many errors are then eliminated. It also makes sense not to save on SD card, but in the internal memory.
