inconsistencies between desktop and mobile app

Hello!

I've noticed that mobile app (Android) keeps on "forgetting" my favorite artist. I always have to come back and double-check my desktop app to be sure that certain artists are still in my favorites. I have recently reviewed all my favourite artists, got rid of some, just to be sure I'm not overstepping the limit, and still, my mobile app doesn't show a lot of them. How can this bug be fixed?

Hello @Vjeko P how many favourite artist do you have on your mobile vs desktop app?

Hi @Yula

I have the same number both on desktop and mobile app: 1.609. What confuses me is that I still get notifications about new releases from the artist that are supposedly not favored in mobiie app. Even when I like an artist on mobile app, it counts, and it stays favored on desktop app but next time I open mobile app, it's not there, though the numbers stay the same on both apps. 😆

Hey there @Vjeko P! really sorry about that it should not happened especially cause you have not reached 2000 yet.

Could you send me some screenshots so I can pass them on the our tech team?
Thanks a lot!

Hello!

Desktop and mobile applications often have distinct user interfaces to optimize the user experience for each platform. This can result in differences in layout, navigation, and overall design. Certain features or options may be more prominent or accessible on one platform compared to some functionalities may be exclusive to either the desktop or mobile version of an application. Developers may prioritize certain features for specific platforms based on user preferences or technical limitations. As a result, you might find variations in the available functions or the way they are implemented.
