One Hit Wonder

Hi, can you help. I have a phone in my car that I use on hotspot. Mainly just to play my music through the car speakers. My You tube music works fine but my Deezer will not initiate any playback. It just says hang on a few seconds nearly there. Advice appreciated regarding this. Thank you.
