Flow - all of the sudden my flow has ~ 20 songs before it reaches the end of the playlist, what gives?

I’m using a Pixel 9 and my software and app are up to date.

I’m really frustrated, I have a large library of “favorites” and playlists and have been on Deezer for years. Within the last month my flow will play around 20 songs and then reach the end of the playlist. If I exit then when I start the flow it will be the same songs and the same # of songs before flow stops.

I have: cleared the cache, expanded the memory useage (although I am always using data or wifi), unisnstalled and resinstalled the app. Nothing I have done helps. I’m ready to drop Deezer if this is not corrected.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any Fixes?

My flow on my Sonos system also ends after only a few songs have played. Hope it will be fixed soon.

Hi @GMB @Joshua Jesenek could you please share a screenshot of the queue when your Flow Stops.
Also another screenshot with the queue with the songs when you stop and start Flow again in order to investigate?
Thanks

A screenshot won't help in any way possible when using Sonos. It will just show that the flow is stopped. Nothing else

Thanks for the info @Joshua Jesenek @GMB I have already reported this problem and our devs would like to know the flow type you are listening to when this happens (generic, genre, mood, library, discovery, etc)

I am listening to the standard flow, mine is not connected with Sonos. I experience it on Andorid Auto, when casting, and when listening on my phone. Here are some screenshots:

I used the standard flow on sonos. Works for some hours and then just stops. Don't know how long until it stops. I always tried it overnight. The Pop Flow isn't playable at all.

This issue is now happening on my playlists as well. For example, if my playlist had 120 songs it will only play between 20-40 before it stops.

@Jaime.Deezer Any updates? This is very frustrating that I cannot play a full playlist or a flow for longer than an hour or so.

Hi @GMB I understand your frustration. I have reached out to our devs again and they are still investigating.
Thanks

I have the same issue and it's making Deezer useless for me as rely on the flow a lot. I'm using a very old Moto (G5S I think). The memory is full but it's always connected to wifi. It happens with the general flow, it plays a set number of songs, then stops, and if I press play or flow again, it just goes back to playing the same 20 songs.

Not sure it will solve your problem, but on my iPhone FLOW would only play 5 songs and stop. I was listening via Bluetooth.

What fixed it for me was turning off “adaptive power” in the iPhones battery setting.

So now I can listen to about 3 songs and then it just cuts every 10 seconds or so to load for 10 seconds... I thought surely it must be because my storage was almost completely full so I wiped everything off and sadly that hasn't solved the issue. I don't have adaptive power on but I'll disable the adaptive screen luminosity. And pray, maybe

Update, I thought that turning off adaptive power fixed it,, but no. Seems like it fixed it at first, but now flow is stopping again after about five or six songs.
