Error MS0674 cannot play any music

Hi, 

I cannot play any songs. I have cleared the cache and data reinstalled the app and still the same issue. 

What can be done ?

Can you let us know the model and device that you are using the for the Deezer app to check it out, please?

Also, if you can share a screenshot of the error message as well if would be great!

First, try to increase the smart cache bar to the max in the settings of your Deezer app and let us know how it goes 😁

same issue not just on the phone but in browser I get same issue and get MS0610 on google chrom, just can listen to some radio’s :(

Hi, I have a Galaxy Z fold 6. 

 

So the solution that I found was to deactivate my VPN. I hope this can be fixed and the app can run with VPN on.

Yeah, unfortunately, you would need to deactivate your VPN, I am afraid 😁
