I keep getting the message "error: failed to play " when I try to play a track for a few days now. This happened in the past and is happening again. 

None of the troubleshooting are working (clear cache, remove sd card, reboot, reinstall).

I am using version 7.0.24.47, android 12

Any new tricks?

If yes can you send the link please?

It is happening with all the songs.

I just discovered that deezer was taking an infinite space on my sd card again.  It looks like it is still downloading in hifi even though settings are set to standard.

I cancelled all my downloads and it works. This means I can't have playlists or the problem will occur again. Unless this download issue gets sorted...

Seriously rethinking if I want to keep deezer now.

Hey @aptric, downloads take a lot of space even in standard quality. 

Can you try downloading less music and on the app and not the sd card? 

Maybe that will help!

It's still not playing I'm getting really I'm getting really pissed with this because this on this application it has all the songs I like to listen to and I'm not even done with it but the fact that it's not playing I don't care about badges make this f****** thing work please like the second it starts playing music and consistently I'll f****** mellow out and calm down and I'll be okay with these badges you guys keep f****** giving me that but I don't really f****** care about sorry about the language

Few troubleshooting steps are, clearing the cache, removing the SD card, rebooting, and reinstalling the app are not working to resolve the error: failed to play message in your music app, you may want to try resetting your device to its factory settings. This will erase all data and settings on your phone, so its important to back up all important data before proceeding with the reset.

Make sure that you have a stable internet connections as this error can occur due to network issues. You can also try clearing the data of the app, which will reset the app to its default settings. Kindly let me know.
