Downloaded songs don't play when offline

One Hit Wonder

As described by many other people, I have downloaded songs that don't play if my phone isn't connected to the internet. My "Favorites" are marked with the green check ✅ when I go to the downloaded section, but every time I'm offline and I press play the music loads and then lets me know that I'm in Airplane Mode or that I'm having network issues and that it can't load the content. 

This issue has to be fixed 🙏🏼

    Which platform are u at ? 

    Have you tried to clear cache re download the list ?

    Yeah, that’s really frustrating  if the songs are marked as downloaded, they should play offline. Definitely seems like a bug deezer needs to fix soon.

      It’s best to open the Deezer app and let all your downloads fully load before disconnecting your phone from the internet. Deezer likely needs to verify your subscription before allowing offline access. If this doesn’t work, you can use ViWizard Deezer Music Downloader as an alternative.

        This issue is still a problem, and clearing cache does not fix it.

        Have also tried the suggestion above to let all downloads fully load, and that also does not work.

          Absolutely not fixed. This issue is a deal breaker for me. Fix it soon or cash me out.
