Deezer is very slow usually not working at all

Hi ​@Peti.H. !

 

Maybe Deezer is being slow because the cache in the app is full  or some other reason.

The cache is empty and I installed the apps 3 times.

Also I restarted my mobile as well.

Still frozen and desperatly slow.

To help with the slowness or connection issues, try these steps:

  1. Restart the Deezer app by closing it completely and reopening it.
  2. Make sure the Deezer app is up to date with the latest version.
  3. If none of these work, try uninstalling and reinstalling Deezer from your app store (Google Play Store or App Store).

My Deezer is working properly now.
