cant link smart tv

The Deezer app ony tv tells me to go to the link on my mobile or besktop to I grab my phone go to the site it take me to Google play to download the app ive already got the app so I look and look and look for the place too put this 4 digit code in finally find it i put the 4 digit code in to link my tv to my phone, I've done this several times now, refreshed the code many many time and it just keeps telling me to contact support if the problem persist
