Question

can we please fix gapless playback?

This is getting ridiculous. Not only does gapless not work at all on desktop STILL (it's 2026 y'all), but the one on the android app is cutting the gaps too much and making songs jump to each other unnaturally. Reading the forums, it sounds like this has been a problem people have been having for a while and it still isn't fixed. The ability to make audio gapless is as old as digital recordings themselves, so it baffles me that Deezer still hasn't figured this out yet. My $15 CD player from Amazon even has gapless. Hell, my MP3 player from 2001 can play gapless without issue. Please fix this major, listening experience-ruining issue before I'm forced to once again search for a new streaming service.

Hi @Figmentation I am sorry to hear that.
Could you please share some examples where the listening experience is interrupted in order to reproduce it on our side and investigate?
Thanks for your help

@Jaime.Deezer Dark Side of the Moon

Actually dark side seems to be playing properly now. However I first noticed it when listening to my own album, Pinnacle of Innovation (by Figmentation). It can specifically be heard transitioning between tracks 2 and 3, and 4 and 5. The album plays fine on CD, Spotify, Apple music, etc. Deezer is the only place I've noticed it. I noticed it with another album a while ago but I don't recall which album it was.
