Hi there,

My premium account also seems to have disappeared. I was asked to log in, so I did using my Google account, and it looks like it has opened a new account and allmy music is gone.

 

Could you please look into it?

Hi @Andjela you are logged in to the wrong account. 
Please log out (gear wheel>My account>Log out) and login again with your email linked to your account and the corresponding password.
If the problem persist just let me know.

I paid the annual hifi subscription through fawry but hasnt been reflected yet.. i got the payment confirmation from fawry through email and looks like everything is alright however on the deezer app it still shows the free account.

Paid via the play store last week, (removed for security purpose), but saying I only have a free account now. Any help?

The app suddenly logged out, and tried to sign in with my mobile no., and they sent me it is not recognized, I logged in with my email and my iphone account, but I found myself on the free package while my premium package is still running and I paid it on23 Feb., I tried also to restore my subscription and the app replied I don’t have any plans on my account.

Is there any announcement or news about subscriptions disappear in Russia? I was looking through “About us”, “Press”, different pages and no luck. I get why that possibly happened. But is it temporary? Or forever? Or what? Is there any possible solutions (aside from ludicrous stuff, like impeach current president)? If it’s temporary, what’s the end date? Will my previous subscription be reinstated after this mandatory time period passes? Is there any place where i can see updates and stuff?

 

I’m asking this here because i didn’t receive any kind of notification (email, top bar notification, even no alert in my subscriptions page, just - poof! - and i’m free user). This change was like a bolt from the blue.

I paid for premium subscription for whole year but I cannot access premium subscription content, and it keeps telling me to subscribe to Premium, now I´m using free deezer.

The charges have been made to my account already 52 Euro in February.

Kindly advise.

In this case, I suggest contacting Google Payment support to clarify your situation, as they have access to your account details.

I paid my anual premium subscription using PSE 2 days ago and I do not have access yet. I paid and have screenshots, I contacted support and they said the payment was cancelled however mi money isn't back in my account. It just  doesn't make sense since in the Deezer app I can see the payment history shows that I paid. Now support just doesn't reply, I feel awful about the customer service.

Hello, so long story short i have a monthly subscription through Hrvatski telekom a croation Tcom and when they activated my deezer premium it lasted a day and then just went to deezer free. I called them and they said that in their system everything is fine and i should have my deezer premium but i still have deezer free. I even checked on my account it says that my subsription plan with Croatian telekom has expired… what should i do now?

Please make sure you have not subscribed with a different email or account. If that’s not the case, please contact our Deezer Support Team and provide the relevant information to our agents (email linked to the account and payments details) and they will be able to help.

So just subscribed to a 3 month trial period, but in the app it still comes up as basic user account, and I can’t skip songs, or fast forward them.

I'm a premium customer yet my favourite artists have all disappeared,can only skip a maximum off 6 tracks,adverts keep showing 

Could this please be resolved else I will cancel very soon
