Hi @Mumba you might be logged in to a different account. Please click on favourites> Gear wheel> My account> Log out
Then login again with your email linked to the account and corresponding password.

I have done some investigation on my side and I think the problem is that your premium account is linked to a different email (bigdad****@****.com)

I have had the one month free via my Fitbit. I have now paid for the premium service but cannot access this on my iPhone. It says I am still on the free version. I am also finding it impossible to cancel it

I made the payment twice and I also received deacon confirmation from you for the premium account and information that the account is active, but unfortunately I still have the account inactive.    I am asking for help considering that I have already paid twice for the same activation.

I flew days ago, I made the subscription to premium with the promotion of 3 month free. I did 2 times the subscription, but still on free deezer. I also made a logged off and logged in. But still the same.  Can someone see if my account is active in premium please?

I did not stop my subsribtion but my account says Free Deezer. I paid R59 for premium. But lost all my downloaded songs etc.

I’m TIM CLIENT and my plan includes Deezer Premium but it’s not working. I already followed the steps: reinstalling the app and reactivated through the website. But it’s still not working.

I haven't used that e-mail for years, I changed it to the one I'm using now months ago

Why am I hearing adverts on my premium account? Recently happened on a podcast but was definitely  a sponsor thing. American podcast and German adverts. Annoying.
