i have the same problem of my account reverting to "free"

Paid for premium, still on free. Have done the troubleshooting and I'm still on free. Any help would be great.

Hi I have subscribed to your app I have used it before but this time I cannot play anything I have downloaded it keeps saying subscribe even though I already have I already have my payment dates hopefully this can be resolved .

I have a error my deezer is not free I'm paying for the a premium of 9.99 and it has been taken out of my account but it says my deezer is free not so and it playing 30 second of the songs I'm trying to listen to.

I’ve paid for my subscription 2days ago and yet I am on free mode. I logged out and in over and over and nothing changed.

I just paid for a premium subscription everything seems okay but can't find my playlists and favourite music. I turned off my android device and logged in to Deezer this time to find the account on the same email address with my entire favourite music list and the same device but with a Deezer free subscription. Please resolve this confusion. The two accounts have different ID codes.

Hi, Because of bank problems my subscriptions has been paid two day later. I try to figure out why my account is still Deezer Free? Of course I have bank confirmation of this payment. Could you please help me in this issue?

I made a payment for my subscription but it's telling me to still subscribe 

I’m paying for Deezer but getting the free service. I think I had 2 accounts, I cancelled 1 because I was overcharged. and now I can’t log into the one I’m still paying for.

I used to have an premium account from Guatemala. now i live in the United states just tried to subscribe to premium again and was charged. Why is there a different price for US $9.99 and GUA $5.99? for 3 months. My card got Charged and my subscription still displays free user. I need this taken care of.

I have a deezer family subscription that I’ve held for at least 6 years and over the last few days I’ve noticed When searching it’s asking me to subscribe. Please help

I just resubscibed my deezer premium and still iam in “deezer free” mode. I did it on my mobile app (android) , got an email with payment confirmation, my bank account was charged, but still i didn’t get deezer premium. Tried to logout, log in few times but nothing changed. I waited for over 30 mins to write this post. Pls send help :v

You are taking £9.99 per month from my bank account and I find I only have Deezer free with limited access, can you please tell what I have been paying for over the past few years?

Please respond ASAP otherwise I will cancel the direct debit which I really don’t want to do.
