Hi @Delcio Ramos you might be logged in to the wrong account.
Please click on the gearwheel>scroll down and logout. Then login again with email linked to your account and the corresponding password.
If the problem persists, please contact our Deezer Support Team and provide the payment information and one of our agents will be able to find your paid account in the system and help you to login.

Deezer.com tells me that I cannot link my Free Deezer account to the A1 Xplore Music (Croatian operator A1), because "I have an active paying subscription", which I don't have since the beginning of March.

I paid for premium dezzer and I don't have it it still says free 

Congratulations, just paid a Deezer HI-FI subscription for a promotion of 37.40EUR (approximately). Well, I wrote you have already participated in the promotion at this price, and "do not worry, the funds were not withdrawn" but the card is withdrawn funds, what to do? Never thought that this could be with deezer = (

@teddybear it seems that your payment was rejected and that’s the reason why you are still on free.

Can I get a refund for a paid subscription?

Iv been paying for over a year but my apps gone back to a basic trial and I cant get at any of my play lists. This isn't the first time it's done it. But not sure how to fix

Please log out (gear wheel>My account> Log out) and login again with the email and password linked to your premium account.

I've reviewed your account associated with the email st *** @ yahoo.co.uk and observed that you attempted to subscribe to Deezer via Apple, but the process was not completed.

I recommend reaching out to Apple's support team to clarify your situation, as they are the only ones with access to it.

Hi @Hugo321 it seems that you have 2 accounts. Please log out and login again with you email xxxxx@gmail.com and the corresponding password (That’s the right account)

Hi I just subscribed to deezer premium using fawry pay but then I didn’t activate and I don’t know where to insert the code I just got from fawry pay 

pls help cuz the code is gonna expire after two days

Hi @spacey I wish I could activate your account straight away but you will need to contact our Deezer Support Team and provide the code and a copy of your Fawry payment and one of our agents will be able to help yoy with the activation.

I paid the Hi Fi upgrade yesterday and still it shows to me as try it and when I go to the page it says deezer premium. How I can resolve this?

I've been debited for the premium subscription some days ago but today I couldn't play music and it still says I'm on Deezer free, I need help.

Hello, I’m a long time member of Deezer however I subscribed Premium last December 21 using apple device and its not working. Because its already frustrating so I subscribe again as yesterday as Deezer Family and it’s not working again. I did submit 2 times in support but still same problem.

I have paid for Deezer Premium to my cell services operator - Telenor (Bulgaria). Previously I was paying directly to Deezer for Premium account. However, my account is now free and more than a week I got the same answer from Telenor - "We have raised the ticket to Deezer and we are waiting for their statement, we can't give you a deadline." Please, give me a feedback, as I am going to cancel my contract with Telenor and the Deezer account, so I get better service from other providers.
