Hi my subscription has changed to the free trial but I pay for my monthly subscription. I’ve logged on to it and it even says I have a paying subscription. I can’t listen to my music. 
please help

Hello! I'm a long term user with a family account. Since  a while ago, I can no longer log into my account (used to do it with Facebook and it says that in-app browser log-in is not allowed).

 

I tried accessing via Google and the system created a new account, which has somehow overriden my previous history. On top of all of that, I'm still being charged for the subscription.

 

Can you please help? I'm tired of battling with the system. It's being quite frustrating.

 

 

 

 

Paying for deezer but getting adverts with my music

I activated a free trial, but was charged £14.99 for a month - I can’t access any premium services despite the money being taken from my bank. I’ve followed all of the steps above!

Ik heb via mijn tmobile abonnement Deezer alleen kan ik deze niet meer gebruiken. Mijn account zegt dat er geen toestel verbonden is met mijn account.

Hi @Miriam2105 you might be logged in to the wrong account as you also have a free account linked to your msn email. click on the gearwheel>My account>logout. Then login again with your Tmobile account info.

Hi. I have a deezer account. It is paid but once accessed it asks me to choose a subscription. If I choose one it says it is already linked to my acc and then I am stuck. Please help

yesterday i have subscriber to the deezer family bundle and the amount was deducted from my card however i cannot open my songs and my downloads .

is tgere a way you can check if tge payment has arrived and fix this issue for me

I am paling every month for a premium account. But since a few days i cant play music on my Phone anymore. In the app on mybphone it tells me that i only have the free account

 

What is going wrong?

Hi @Edou Schotanus You might have more than one account and logged into the wrong one. Please check the info above in this topic and if the problem persists, please contact our Deezer Support Team  and one of our agents will be able to help after you provide relevant information of the account such as copy of the payment or any email you may have use to create the account.

I resubscribed to Deezer Premium yesterday (4 April 2021) as a Vodacom customer (R59 per month) after last month's subscription ended. Then I was on Premium again, but today it is back on Deezer Free and the app is asking me to subscribe to Premium, which I already paid for. Plesse sort this out.

Hi @galexy if you subscribed via Vodacom you’ll need to contact them directly and ask to activate the subscription on their side.

I just joined Deezer and subscribed to the Premium account, with a three month trial. No ads on Deezer via my mobile or laptop, but I am getting ads on the desktop version. How to solve?

I have been pay for a Deezer since Nov 2019 - this is my subscription -  and for last two payments I have Deezer Free. 

I emailed to Google Pay and all my payments are made on time. So it is no bank problem.

My last payments has been done 7.01.2021 and till now I have Free account.

My previous payment was 8.12.2020 - but after that payment my account has been change from Family to Free.

Please check what can I do to have again my Deezer Family.
