My Mastercard must be renewed. How will I pay in the meantime? With my Maestro card?

i pay but subscription don't renewal

I'm having difficulty subscribing.

Th app is rejecting my debit card

Hi

My credit card billed  twice this day and deezer app say [something went wrong with the payment . Update the payment method]

My credit card is working normally and received notification of twice billing..

What should I do now?

Hi @Keji.Adesina I have checked in the system and could see that you were able to subscribe now and your premium account is active :)

I need to know who to contact as I have noticed that two monthly subscriptions are being taken from my bank account. One on the 3rd & another on the 5th.

I accidentally cancelled my subscription plan and everything since I've been trying to resubscribe but I have been unable to. Please help.

Hi @JCL I have checked on our system and I can see that your account was a subscription through Apple Itunes.
They refused the payment on their side and you should contact Apple directly since we do not have control over Apple payments.
After that refused payment your account turn into free.

You can contact them through the following link to check why they refused your payment: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

 You can always resubscribe directly with Deezer (at a lower price than your previos subscription with Apple) from a PC/Mac logging into your account via www.deezer.com/offers

Why has my payment date changed this month? My pmt is scheduled for the 30th/mont-look at history of receipts; and this month it’s changed to the 28th causing my account to be suspended!

I'm trying to renew my subscription before my card expires but it keeps saying the transaction won't go through, I've tried multiple cards by now, can someone please help?

Hi @SandraVM in order to do that you need to cancel your Apple subscription following the instructions in this link: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039
After that you need to wait until the current period ends and the account turns into free. Then resubscribe from a computer (not the iPhone) via www.deezer.com/offers

Hello Deezer-Team, I need your help please. It is regarding my payment method. I would like to change the payment method. That means that the subscription should be billed via credit card and not via iTunes Credit. Could you please let me know how I can change this. Many thanks for your help. I keep trying to pay with my cards but nothing is going through and the cards are fine

 

Can't renew my subscription. Tried changing the payment method but once I click subscribe it keeps showing me an error message with wrong card details even though the card details are correct

Hey @richy boy I can see that you have a subscription via Apple. As we don’t have control over Apple subscriptions you’ll have to contact them regarding your payment issue.

Hi @AdenAdams your premium subscription is active. You might be connected to a different account. Please log out from the app (gearwheel>My account>Log out) and login again with the mail linked to the account and the corresponding password.
If the problem persists please let me know.
